Can we allow those who are now put in one basket as “The Southern People” under the Ethnic Federalism to be allowed to form their ethnic enclave ?? How comes Sidama, Wolaita, Kembata is less than those who have their own “Kilil” ?? Ethiopia has more than 80 ethnic groups and needs according to the comment above 80 Kilils. The current Ethnic Federalism is discriminatory.
How comes South Africa was not redrawn as “White Kilil” and “Black Kilil” Why not our neighbors Kenya and Uganda.
The Ethiopian people will need to dismantle Ethnic Federalism and replace it by “Federalism” based on cultural and economic interest of our people. Ethnic Federalism is not different than Apartheid Bantusta it is backward and those that promote such failed idea are a very minority people who benefited from the current system.
